In My company. Employee Gets 15 days EL per year before confirmation and extra 5 days after confirmation. total 20 days EL per year. how to calculate LOP month wise. Eg: If employee taken 3 days EL during 2 month of joining and he is eligible for only 2 days leave, so LOP would be -1 day. but in next next month, when we calculate leave, previous deducted LOP has to taken into consideration. Can anyone send me an excel formula in excel to calculate automatically month to month base LOP or leave status considering previous LOP deducted. Please help. (EL= 15 days per year, if confirmed in that particular year it is 20 days)
