Hello Mr Bhardwaj Ramesh
This is a very small but effective presentation that one seldom comes across.
As you rightly mentioned, criticism produces a repelling tendency.
Once we over come the initial period of discomfort, we start thinking about it.
In difficult times to supress their reaction I have seen some people count 1 to 10
before they speak out or interact.
If there are very disturbing mails allow a overnight hybernation, provided you have time on your side.
Or else still take an hour out to see it afresh.
When viewed calmly, many times we observe that there is scope for improvement in ourselves.
Of course, after a quiet analysis, if we find we are right, the best way is to ignore the criticism.
The ppt offers good learnings.

Hello Sir, Criticism is a misconception: we must read not to understand others but to understand ourselves. Regards, Shubha
