Thanks for your advise. The details of coverage upto 6500 was available in the web site epfo . The clause mentioned does not indicate the amount. Is the amount 6500 was indicated in any gazette ? throw some light on this regards :-P sekar:icon1:

I'm working as a HR in an International NGO. I havent worked on taxation and payroll.. but now am tasked to do those things and I would like to know how to deduct TDS(percentage) in an employee's salary and what are the proceedures for filling TDS(Form number, date of filling,etc..)
