You need to write to the Principal or Placement officer. Your letter should briefly describe about your company and its business, website details etc. Further, you should mention how many candidates you wish to recruit, for what job roles, salary payable, whether you wish to conduct tests and interview, or in other words, your selection process etc. Seek suitable dates for students availability. You can design questions for the test and other parameters you want to use for selecting suitable students.
