Hello, Need salary structure for 6 lakh per annum package as per indian standard do include medical, and other thing but try to keep take home salary more and tax saving

Dear Dishang the salary structure as per Indian standards can be :-
Gross salary=50000
Basic salary=25000(50% of gross)
HRA=12500(50% of basic)
Convence=1600(as per limit)
medical=2083(as per limit)
CCA=3000
Special allownce=2000
mobile allowance=2000
other allownace=1817

Slight change in what Shristi has told is
Gross=50000

Medical=2083(as per limit)
Professional pursuit= 2000
Attire reimbursement= 2000
Special Allowances = 4817 i.e remaining amount
This will give max benefit in Income Tax as well. Professional pursuit can be reimbursed on submission of bill related to expenses for gaining relevant professional knowledge and Attire can be on formal attire for Men and casual but not jeans or t-shirt in case of female.
More Over Bonus and Gratuity can be included in CTC package as per your company rules.
Gratuity= basic*4.8%
