Last august 30, the supervisor instructed Mr. Roger to lead the washing area near the reception baby effective the following day at exactly 12 noon. This is to prioritize PMS vehicles while the other two washers is on break. This is one of the improvement plans they want to set due to several negative feedback about the car wash service. Supervisor delivered the order, it was noticed that Mr. Roger disobeyed the said instruction the next day. He saw Mr. Roger around 12:30 pm and started doing the car wash but not in the reception bay. The two car washers asked by the supervisor ever since the orders take place Mr Roger is not consistent with the directive.

On 30.8.22 you were instructed by your Superior to lead the washing area near the Reception bay. This was planned with a aim to priortise PMS vehicles. However it is observed that you had disobeyed the instruction of your Superior and failed to lead the washing area near PMS vehicle. The above Act of yours is a serious misconduct and amounts to insubordination. You are hereby strictly warned to obey the instruction of your Superior failing which we will be constrained to initiate disciplinary action against you.
