Epf Withdrawal Is Not Taxed Up To 50000/- - PDF Download

Effective 01.06.2016 EPF Withdrawal will be tax free up to the maximum limit of Rs. 50000/-. Govt has issued a Gazette Notification regarding this. Amount exceeding this will be taxed @10% if PAN is produced. Attaching EPF Circular and Notification for reference.
