EPF is 12% by employee &12% by employer = 24% +1% of the basic Example 100 rs so deduction 12%+12%=24 - 100 -24= 76 salary to be handed?

No, only 12% of the salary to be deducted from the salary and the other 12% plus the administration charges and EDLI contribution are payable by the employer and thta cannot be deducted from the salary.
