my boss is a very good person,
am a ignorant and lazy person then also she always makes me to feel consitious about my job, my resposibilities.
Even though she is the director of the company she acts like a normal employee in the organization.
Finally my boss is very simple.
thanks for the opportunity to express the feelings about my boss

She is a very dynamic lady with vast amount of knowledge of her field, she always support me in whatever i do and always tries to further improve the same by her suggestions and always provide with neccessary handholding and support.
She is very understanding and always adjusts as per needs.

Hi Vennila,
i have come across 4 boss in my career... out of which the 3rd boss was the worst... i learnt so many ethics from all my boss..though the 3rd boss was worst..i learnt some good things from him tooo... especially the management skills (i.e. how the bad management affects employees)..by this way when i become boss i shall avoid those things and be a good boss rather than worst... :)
the comments i had given about my boss is not only the character of the current employer it is the mixture of all the GOOD boss i met....:)
regards,

Hi
i like to add some thing......
my last boss V.P was very good person... Mr. Anurag he was the best guide, philosopher, friend , best teacher and best manager ever seen ...he has every thing in his mind and every thing was planned and he treated everyone weather a peon or a manager with respect.... i have learned every thing from him.... management skill .... hr skill..... how to convince people ..... how to help others as an Hr...... how to motivate team..... how to work in a team........ I am still in touch with him and...... never forget what ever he has taught me....
Second, He is my present Manager Mr Rahul.... he is the person i am report to... working with him feel as if we are working as a team... he make me feel comfortably and independently..... without any Pressure to and without tension... though i complete my work on time ... still he makes every one comfortable who ever working with him
Both are the amazing BOSS that i worked with....
Cheers

i think a good boss should be someone you can look upto...someone whose experience (which would be typically more than your's) should benefit you...his/her insights, suggestions should be meaty enough to get you some concrete tips in life...an excellent team player who gives you enough space (does not "boss" around) and is reasonable is ideal...my boss is an amalgamation of all of these traits and am pretty fortunate to have him as my guide especially in my first job...
cheers!

Hi,
Good topic.
I would like to appreciate all boss whether good or bad. The nature of boss is depend the way we think. Because good boss motivate & boost ur confidence. Some time bad boss criticize & give u the challenge to use ur potential to develop yourselves.
My boss is short tempered & require the perfect result within short timespan. But taking my frustration positively after some period I found that I am developing new skills bcoz of her nature. Might be it is negative motivation.
What I believe that Boss is also human begins like employee. We should have empathy for them.
