How the system of Food Coupans to Employees can be established ? I have following querries:
1. Where can we arranged these coupans?
2. Wheather organisation will purchase the food coupans first then these will be distributed to the staff members?
3. To introduce the food coupans, can we obtain the acceptance of staff members for the same.
4. Finally thses can be issued to employees at the end of the each month along with the salary.
5. Sodexho or Accor, where can we arranged them.
Please anybody clarify the process to implement the food coupans in the organisation.
