I work in a Contact Center for inbound calls for a major hotel chain, and I need some ideas for different activities that I can incorporate into my employee engagement plan. Does anybody have any ideas that work in a call center setting?

You can arrange cost-effective employee engagement activities like a potluck event, where all employees prepare home-cooked food. Everyone can dine on the foods, set up like a buffet lunch or dinner. Ask the HODs or managers to take their teams out for lunch or dinner to build better rapport between employees.
Create small events like cricket, badminton, and indoor games such as chess and carrom. These activities can provide employees with a brief diversion, boosting their morale towards the company.
