Dear All, I would appreciate it if someone could upload a sample salary statement, prepared online in accordance with the recent wage code. Specifically, this statement should reflect a 50% basic salary, dearness allowance (DA), and 50% other allowances, inclusive of overtime (OT), travel allowance (TA), and attendance bonuses. I am looking to understand how this operates with regards to employees covered by ESI and PF, as well as those who aren\'t. Also, I am interested to see how variables such as OT, TA, and attendance bonuses are managed.
