As per the recent changes in PF and circular issued there on, we need to display For 5a in Notice board or Company's website.
Most of the details to be displayed have already been mentioned and displayed as required under various other labour enactments such as Factories' Act, Shops and Commercial Act etc. In this scenario can we take
permission from EPFO for exemption as they are already there in the notice board. Of course unavailable details can be incorporated in that.

Form 5A is not actually an abstract of EPF and MP Act but it shows who is responsible for payment of contribution etc. It is available in the employer portal itself. You can take it from the "Establishment" field under "Form 5A" You can also fill in the attached proforma and put it in the notice board.
