The growth of a business enterprise depends on customer satisfaction, which in turn relies on the work excellence of the employees. Work excellence is dependent on the expertise of the employees. Ideally, all employees should be "experts" and nothing less. However, this is only possible in theory. Practically, it is challenging to find "experts" easily because they are aware of their expertise and market value. This is why talent poaching is prevalent in the market.

Recruiting and Retaining Experts

Not all experts are recruited externally. Expertise can also be developed in-house, but retaining such talent is always a challenge.
