Hi, The Telangana Labour Welfare Fund Act and Rules provide for the constitution of a fund for financing and conducting activities to promote the welfare of labor in the State of Telangana. Under the Act, employees and employers contribute to labor welfare schemes. A separate board is constituted for this purpose under the Act with members from employers, employees, and state representatives.
