I served 4year 8 months in an organization and now they are asking me to resign without any reason. If I resign Shall I be eligible for gratuity?

First, go through the service rules of the company and check what is mentioned about gratuity and its entitlement. If the entitlement of gratuity matches your case, then you will be eligible. Otherwise, write an email/letter to your employer and ask about the eligibility in your case since the employer has requested you to resign. Hope they will settle the case in your interest.
