I resigned from the position of Director of the company. There were two more directors, including the promoter and his wife.
Resignation Details:
1. Resigned with a one-month notice period as per the terms of the appointment.
2. Relieved from the company within a week's time.
3. Salary not received for two months plus the notice period salary.
4. Since the salary was not paid, PF was also not deducted.
5. My last working day was 6th August 2022.

Hi, you can follow up for payment through email and also through physical letters (dispatched through RPAD). Salary not paid has nothing to do with PF deduction. Irrespective of whether salary is paid or not, PF should be deposited with the PF office on or before the 15th of every month.
I suggest resolving it better through repeated follow-ups. If you take it up legally, it will be a time-consuming process, so keep the legal option as a last resort.
