I am working in a private limited company since 1st September 2020, and now my boss is harassing me. He is asking me to do whatever work he says, and if the office boy is absent, he asks me to do his job, which is very unfair. He keeps threatening that if I don't do the work, he will sack me, and I am very much in tension.

Immediate Dismissal Concerns

If he sacks me immediately, what should I do? In this connection, I need to know if he sacks me immediately, is he liable to pay me a 3 or 6 months notice period? If yes, what is the proceeding? Please help me and advise what best I can do in this situation. Very importantly, he has not given me any increments since joining.

You are eligible to claim notice period salary or not; that is very clearly mentioned in your employment letter or service letter. If the employer wants to discontinue your services, he has to pay the notice period salary as per the defined service terms.
