Hi all, I need your guidance on what I should be doing. I was working with one of the BPOs for 7 months. After realizing that I had no future in this company due to the work culture, the type of work, and false accusations made against me, I decided to submit my resignation.

Shortly after I submitted my resignation, I received calls from HR and my manager making false allegations against me. They informed me that I was being let go immediately and that all my work and projects were being taken over.

Subsequently, I received an email stating that I had 10 days to download all my documents. However, when I tried to log in after 2 days, I realized that my access had been revoked. I then emailed HR requesting my resignation acceptance and salary slips.

In response, HR mentioned that she would inform the team to assist me and that my full and final settlement would be processed after I returned the laptop. However, even after a month, I had not received the necessary documents. Upon following up, they insisted that I would only get the documents after returning the laptop, which I did promptly.

After submitting the documents, I received a call from a senior manager who verbally abused me. He threatened to sabotage my job prospects, create issues in my personal life, and withhold the required documents.

I urgently need the resignation acceptance document to submit to my current organization, where I have secured a job. Failure to provide this document could result in me losing my new job. I am being unjustly threatened and accused of things I have not done. Please advise on the best course of action in this situation.
