Govt. of India launched a scheme of reimbursement of employer's share of 8.33% under Provident Fund under PMPRY Scheme. This is basically to generate employment. However, some managements are pressurizing HR/Finance to demand reimbursement of the same contract manpower service providers. Is Principal Employer entitled to such reimbursement? If not, please provide authenticated support in this regard.
