Please be guided by the provisions of the Sexual Harassment of Women at Workplace (Prevention, Prohibition & Redressal) Act 2013 if there is or has occurred a case in MeToo realm as you write.

HR policy or related procedures on the topic "Love Affairs between Co-workers" were not needed because any act unworthy of employment amounts to acts of misconduct for which disciplinary action needs to be initiated.

Office Decorum and Discipline

It's always present in all institutions, whether government or private, married or unmarried. Every office has a decorum and discipline. Irrespective of ranks, from the office boy to the managing director, everyone should maintain character discipline, whether male or female, which affects the decorum of the office. Everyone should work towards protecting the decorum of the office as it reflects the image of the office positively.

Anyone who violates the dignity of their position with inappropriate behavior, whether male or female, will be treated equally. They will receive written memos and oral and written warnings, leading to deductions in their increments following an inquiry by the recommended department. The process involves posting notices on the notice board without mentioning names. For example, "Yesterday, a couple of employees were called for an inquiry committee due to their misconduct in the factory premises. Disciplinary proceedings are underway for both."

Other coworkers are advised to be cautious and mindful of their behavior in the office to maintain a harmonious work environment.
