I have completed my Bachelor of Commerce degree from Pune University in June 2017, and I am interested in the field of Human Resources. I attempted CAT in Dec 2017 and got a 94th percentile. However, due to low academics, I did not receive any calls from IIMs. Should I take admission in a lower-rated college, or should I gain some work experience and attempt CAT again?

Hi,
"Lower-rated college" is just a mindset. If you are confident, you will crack good job offers even with colleges not considered "cream category."
If you start a job right away, have you planned how you will manage to prepare for CAT?
I wish you the best of success in your final decision.
