Hi, Yes, you have not shared your total years of experience as a Business Coordinator. You can change your field to HR provided your experience as a Business Coordinator is limited. You need to start from the basics. Doing a course like a PGDM in HR is also a good idea. Gaining practical experience will be more important.

First of all, you are not yet qualified. Secondly, mere qualification may not entitle you to become an HR person. As rightly pointed out above, your role and responsibilities as a Business Coordinator also hold significance, i.e., whether it has any connection to HR activities within the company. It is advisable to start at a basic level, learning the nuances as a trainee or a junior, and then progress up the ladder with experience. Best wishes.
