Hi, I just wanted to know what the rule is in the case of earned leave for an employee who has met with an accident. He has a balance of 150 Privilege Leave. Can he be allowed to take full leave as he has been absent for around 127 days? We are a private limited company. Please advise.

of course you can adjust his balance leave otherwise you will have to pay in his full and final so its better except giving in his full and final give it now
