Ensuring the Safety of Female Employees in Marketing

We have hired some female candidates for marketing. What is the legal system for their safety, and what is the best policy to ensure their safety?

You could have given your women staff's job description. What kind of marketing will they do? Do they require field jobs? Does the job require short or long-distance travel? Are they required to work night shifts?

Since you are from a software company, you may check the rules of the Shops and Establishment Act of your state. Is there any specific clause about women's safety?

Last but not least, please stop referring to women employees as "female." Male and female are biological concepts and do not have a place when referring to humans. Call them men employees or women employees.
