After HR interview what are the formalities of a company , like they give offer letter ... after offer letter what next pls tell me

After the interview, they will inform you whether you are selected or not. If you are selected, they will email you an offer letter along with a mail regarding documents required for joining. After that, they will call you for document verification, and then you can join. On the day of joining, they will provide you with an Employee ID number and handle other formalities such as induction, PF, ESI Enrollment, and Bank Account Opening.
