The above subject refers.

The management has decided to provide a yearly allowance for safety shoes (RM300.00) and a measurement tape (RM100.00) for CONFIRMED STAFF based at the site.

Due to you being under a probationary period, the management will deduct this amount from your salary if you resign. The management reserves the right to revise or withdraw this allowance from time to time.

Safety Shoes and Measurement Tape Allowance Policy

The management has decided to provide a yearly allowance for safety shoes (RM300.00) and a measurement tape (RM100.00) for all confirmed staff based on-site.

The above allowances are not applicable to probationers. The company will provide safety shoes and a measuring tape to all probationers as well. However, if an employee resigns during the probation period or before becoming confirmed, the cost of the safety shoes and measuring tape will be recoverable from the respective employees.

The management reserves the right to revise or withdraw this allowance from time to time.

I have made amendments to the best of my knowledge; let others/seniors also give their views.
