Dear All,
I would like to ask why the retirement age for men and women in the private sector is 58 years, while this age is not applicable to those working in the government sector or PSU. Even teachers and professors have a retirement age of 62 years set by the Indian Government. So, why are people in the private sector deprived of retiring at the age of 58 years?
Can anybody provide an answer to this issue?
