Hi Anupam,

I am new to the HR forum on this site and I come from the Hotel Industry. I would like to express my gratitude to all the members of the forum whose past posts have greatly assisted me in designing the training module. However, I am currently facing a challenge in incorporating the training and making individuals feel it is beneficial for them to undergo it. This challenge is not just limited to junior management but also extends to middle management.

I would greatly appreciate any assistance in this matter, particularly in providing guidance on how to approach this issue. Additionally, I would be grateful for any training slides related to hotel front office and back office management.

I am a Bangalore-based freelance soft skills trainer. I have previously worked as an HR Manager in the hotel industry and have significant experience in behavioral training for hotel managers.
