What you are looking for is not clear to me. Are you auditing labs? Are you concerned about lab employees' health and safety? Are you concerned about the quality of lab reports? If you specify in detail, maybe the experts would guide you.

Chemical Safety Procedures

Please check for procedures related to the receiving, storage, handling, spillage handling, and disposal of chemicals. Are the safety measures in Quality Control (QC) sufficient? Is eye protection used during the handling of corrosive materials? How are toxic materials stored? Ensure that personnel involved in QC and related functions receive appropriate training. Once you begin reviewing the relevant documents and records, you can delve deeper.

So far, you have received good responses from our forum members. Apart from their contributions, please review the MSDS of each chemical being used in your lab. Conduct a gap analysis based on the MSDS requirements, and you can certainly make significant improvements.

Thank you.
Regards.
