Would anyone know if there is an industry standard for salaries in the IT and ITES sector? I am interested in understanding the grid correlation of compensation against qualifications, experience, and skill sets.

Hi, It totallly depends on company to company standards and as per the requirement of skills required for that particular IT or ITES post, first do anyalysis for its costing.
