Hi, I am Sarat Kumar, an ex-employee of CSC India Pvt Ltd, Bangalore. Our head office is in Chennai, India. I left the company on 23rd Nov 2010 and submitted the PF withdrawal form by the end of Nov 2010. Later, I received an email from the company stating that they would file the PF withdrawal on 8th Feb 2011 as there needed to be a 90-day gap from my date of relieving from the company.
Subsequently, I followed up with the company regarding the status of the PF withdrawal. They informed me that based on their records, the PF withdrawal was filed on 8th Feb 2011, and it would take 3 to 4 months to process the payment. Despite maintaining regular contact with the company since then, there has been no change in the information provided. Recently, upon inquiring via email, I was informed that the money had already been transferred to my account. However, I have not received the funds. When I checked the PF site, I found the following message:
Claim ID: TBTAM110200006542
Status: Claim Form 19 for PF Settlement AGAINST Member Account No (TBTAM00300270000013642) has been settled. Payment sent through NEFT.
Claim ID: TBTAM110200006543
Status: Claim Form 10C for Withdrawal Benefit AGAINST Member Account No (TBTAM00300270000013642) has been settled. Payment sent through NEFT.
Despite this, I have not received the amount. Upon contacting the company, they mentioned that they were unable to obtain the status from the PF office and advised me to file a Grievance.
As I am currently not in India, I am reaching out through this channel to seek assistance on how to file the grievance. Kindly assist me accordingly.

Dear Mr. Sarath, please check whether there is any mistake in your bank account details. Through NEFT, if payments are sent, and there is any mistake in the account number or the IFSC code, the same will be returned to the sender. In your case, if the account number mentioned is correct, then you need to check with your banker about the whereabouts. They will be able to help you.
If there is any mistake in your account number, it would have been returned to the PF Office account itself within 2-3 days. In such a case, please get the PF Office address and contact them. They will be able to help you.

Ensuring Correct Account Details for PF Withdrawal
There cannot be any chance of a mistake in the account number or IFSC code because we provide a canceled check of the account to which the amount should be deposited. I have cross-checked with the bank personnel, and there is no record of a bounced check in my account.
