Nice. earlier also there was a post 'Management Priniciples in Mahabharat", or so. But your versin is also good.
Mahabharat is said to be Panchama veda. Vedas were out of reach of common man. So Mahabharat was written with a view to teach common man what all is there in Vedas. Actually, the life thread of Pandavas is Dharma. They won only because of this. Righteousness, their way of life. This is the reason why God is on their side. This is a great message it renders.
