Dear All,
I am working in an IT company as an HR. We have been trying to find a good location for a company picnic, but it is very difficult as there are 150+ of us here. Also, we are looking to have a picnic for 2 days and one night. Kindly guide me. The problem is I am unable to find a location where we can have activities and accommodation for 150 people. We are located in Millennium Business Park.

Why do you not plan for some outstanding trips? Two days are more than enough. You can go to Shimla, Dalhousie, or Goa. I think Goa might be a better option. Goa has so many beaches... You can choose one or two, and you people can enjoy there for long hours playing games and all. It would be much more expensive also if you are planning to contribute.

it takes more than 14 hours to reach Goa..half of the day will be gone in travelling..i am ideally looking for a resort..

Oh... yes, Lonavala is a good choice. What about 'Highly inflammable'... oops, sorry... I mean to say, what about 'Maha Baleshwar'? I don't know how far it is from your place, but I know one thing – you will enjoy a lot there.
