Actually in each compartment there is only one number with a particular colour. So when u click on the color u narrow the choices to one or maximum two. Now when you are asked to identify a num from the 5 boxes at subsequent u reveal the number becoz all of the boxes contain exactly only one number with a given color. In the last screen when u click on any door that number gets pasted on to that door.
But still its a good one.

hay it is just a calculating trick,
If you want to prove it just write down all the no. in one colour, and later on it will ask you to chose one block in which your no. exist. if you will analyse carefully you will find that each block contains only one no from that colour, so it becomes easy to know your no. from that block as it is unique.
