I am an HR fresher who has joined an instant coffee manufacturing company. It is a new environment, and I am located in the Head office rather than the factory. Currently, there is no HR personnel available to guide me on how to start my work, especially in terms of handling personnel data and manual preparation. I am unsure of what steps to take and how to begin my tasks effectively. Your assistance in this matter would be greatly appreciated. Thank you.
