We have appointed a Safety Officer, and he has resigned. Subsequently, we have appointed another safety officer. How can I communicate with the Director of Industrial Safety and Health and JDISH? Could anyone please clarify?

Will it be part of the regular communication or information about one-off instances? The appointment of another safety officer must have happened with the concurrence of the Director. Please clarify.
