Hello, Before considering a salary structure, I need to know whether employees are being paid a salary and if so, how it is made: lump sum payment or any other method. Secondly, you should provide information on the levels of employees, qualifications, experience, and additional skills they possess. Next, you should inform me about the number of employees in the management cadre and the number in the workmen cadre. So, you need to provide all these details. The exercise is not so simple, but I can still help you if you are willing to engage me as your consultant for this project and pay me a token fee as I will be conducting research and creating a structure. It will take time and effort to complete this project.
