Is it just you or everyone?

Is it that you alone are unpaid, or is it the same story with everyone? If you are the only one left unpaid, that indicates there may be an issue regarding your employment status. If everyone is affected and this is a common practice, then you should seriously consider seeking opportunities elsewhere. If an organization is unable to pay salaries on time, it may not be worth staying there.

Steps to take if unpaid

To receive your salary, you should first follow up with your boss and HR. If there is no satisfactory progress after following up, you may want to consider submitting an application to the Labour Officer in your local area.

Actually, I was the HR Manager there, and I worked for 6 months. Their probation period was 3 months. Despite long follow-ups, the employer is not providing the appointment letter in the Bokaro location, as I am from Jamshedpur, Jharkhand. I worked 10 hours a day, and due to an emergency, I returned home after 1 month of hard work. However, the employer is not considering my personal family issue and is forcefully requiring me to work.
