Hi, absconding without informing is a serious misconduct. Whatever compelling situation you face, you should have discussed it with your employer. I hope you have not signed any training agreement or indemnity bond. In the absence of such an agreement, your employer may terminate your employment contract after the disciplinary process. Hopefully, you do not possess any valuables belonging to the company. If you apply for a new job, during the background verification process, your ex-employer may provide negative feedback.
