We have paid a GST amount to a proprietor along with the entire product value. However, since the proprietor did not raise the GST amount, we have received a notice from the government. Although we paid the GST amount to the government, we have now had to pay twice for the same bill. We want to send a legal notice to the proprietor for the recovery of the money.
