VRS Compensation for PSUs Under DHI Method
If a person completes more than 30 years of service and has a balance service of more than 60 months, what would be the calculation? Please clarify this matter with an example.

Any VRS compensation should be an Income Tax rebate. As far as my knowledge goes, there are guidelines under ITAX, and subject to a maximum of 5 lakhs, it is available as an ITAX exemption if the scheme adheres to the guidelines of ITAX.

Please discuss this with your finance department, especially those who are dealing with ITAX, and act accordingly.
