Dear Mr Balamurugan, Payment of ESI, EPF Contributions is normally done by Finance Dept. Uploading, Compliance responsibility is normally done by HR Dept.

Dear Mr. Balamurugan, The HR Department is responsible for managing PF, ESIC, PT, and the Labor Welfare Fund. The Account Department is solely accountable for payment processing. It's important to note that PF, ESIC, PT, and the Labor Welfare Fund are within the jurisdiction of the HR Department.
