I hope the organization has a good number of contractual employees. For MNCs, usually, the welfare policy for permanent employees is reasonably good. But in most organizations, the contractual employees are exploited.

Charity Begins at Home: Welfare Measures for Contractual Employees

As a part of CSR, let the charity begin at home by providing good welfare measures for contractual employees. Some examples are as follows:

1. Instead of paying only minimum wages, pay real wages needed to fulfill the standard livelihood.
2. Provide proper uniforms and better safety measures.
3. Offer medical and education subsidies for the contractual employees' families.
4. Ensure a proper canteen facility for them.
5. Implement long service awards and all statutory benefits to comply properly - PF, ESIC, BONUS, GRATUITY.

My personal experience working with three MNCs - GKW, PHILIPS & VESUVIUS - shows that permanent employees are well taken care of, but despite delivering equal or more output, contractual employees are being exploited year after year.
