It is a very good topic. Safety and welfare - in this, you have to include all the parameters that can be implemented by the company for the employees. Like regular training and machine awareness, regular maintenance of machines, and the use of safety equipment like shoes, gloves, helmets, etc.
Welfare - you can consider an employee welfare fund scheme, insurance for employees, an entertainment policy for workers, etc.
