I joined company A and worked for 10 months. Due to COVID-19, the management did not have revenue, so they had to relieve employees. After three months, they gave me the opportunity to rejoin, and I worked for another 10 months. However, due to my father's health, I resigned after 10 months.

Will this be an issue with future employment?

It does not appear to be the first instance of voluntary termination, and it is explainable. Resigning on account of a father's health is not a convincing explanation unless there are very strong reasons for it. Don't give the impression of being a 'rolling stone'.
