It appears you are governed by the State Shops & Establishment Act and follow its provisions. In case you have a cold storage, the Factories Act of 1948 would apply; then you have to follow the annual leave provisions therein. The applicability of the State Industrial Establishment (Standing Orders) Act also needs to be considered for deciding the quantum of leave.
