Employee Retention and Recruitment Challenges
My CEO has asked me to get back to him regarding my review as an HR on the following points:
Employees are leaving frequently for our competitors or other reasons. I need to identify factors to improve and rectify this issue. Additionally, there is difficulty in recruiting candidates for both IT and Non-IT roles due to the lucrative market.
I need to present my understanding of handling these challenges as an HR. What measures can I take or suggest? What additional monitoring or actions should I implement to prevent such situations and enhance the current scenario? Please assist me as I need to share my review today at 4 pm.

Dear Swati,
Earlier, you had raised a post on employee attrition in your company. In my reply to your post, I had provided measures to contain the attrition.
The other issues you mentioned can also be managed; however, providing solutions requires a thorough study of your organization. This may involve conducting surveys as part of a consulting activity.
Is the top boss a cause of employee attrition?
In many small companies, the whimsical behavior of the top boss is a primary reason for employee turnover.
Recruitment challenges in a competitive market
You have raised a new concern about not being able to recruit candidates in both IT and non-IT roles due to the competitive market. Finding the right talent is a significant challenge even for well-known companies. Larger companies benefit from their brand strength when attracting candidates, unlike smaller companies with weaker brand recognition. Developing a strong brand image is crucial to attracting candidates to smaller organizations.
Thanks,
