I want to know if an employee can continue his service after reaching the retirement age of 58 years but has already received his full and final settlement up to the age of 58 years from the company. He has also withdrawn his P.F. and is currently receiving a pension from the E.P.F. Is he eligible to rejoin the EPF membership and also eligible for Gratuity after that?
