Dear Mr. Pramod Dubey,

Thank you for sharing the article. I have gone through the contents of the article. However, considering the current times, the following points can be added:

a) Employee Satisfaction Survey (ESS): While the role of ESS is not specifically for taking feedback, during the course of an ESS, the top leadership inevitably receives feedback. Therefore, its importance cannot be overlooked.

b) Feedback from Social Media: Feedback can also be gathered from social media platforms like Twitter, Facebook, etc. The content on social media holds significant importance for the company.

c) Employee Review Websites: There are websites such as www.mouthshut.com, www.glassdoor.com, etc., that offer platforms for current and former employees to express their satisfaction or dissatisfaction. Companies in general, and HR Departments in particular, should monitor these websites.

d) Feedback from External Trainers: Many organizations hire external trainers to educate their employees. At the end of the session, feedback is collected from the participants on the training program. However, very few companies seek feedback from the external trainers regarding the participants. Feedback from the trainers should also be obtained on the quality of participation, the preparedness of the participants, their interest in learning, etc.

Thank you,

Dinesh Divekar
